How to Survive Summer with Menopause: Real Talk, Hot Flashes, and Smart Strategies

Hello and welcome to the Midlife Made Easier blog, where we help midlife women embrace this powerful season of life, rediscover their voice, put their healing first, and create a life they love.

Let’s talk specifically about menopause and how to survive it during the sweltering heat of summer.

I had a hysterectomy at 48. Because of my family’s high cancer risk, I opted not to pursue hormone replacement therapy. That decision, while the best one for me, thrust me headfirst into surgical menopause. And let me tell you, the hot flashes were no joke.

I remember doing a home visit with a colleague. We were reviewing a client’s case plan when I felt an intense internal heat starting to rise from my chest. Within seconds, sweat began pouring from my upper lip. I saw the look on my colleague’s face, and even our client looked concerned. I was mortified. But I smiled, pretended nothing was happening, and powered through like it was business as usual.

Menopause is tough, but it can be managed. And while I wouldn’t wish those flash floods of heat on anyone, they’ve taught me to approach midlife with humor, honesty, and a whole lot of grace.

Below are some of the strategies I (and many of my coaching clients) use to maintain our sanity and dignity even in the middle of a summer scorcher.

🌞 How to Survive Summer with Menopause

1. Dress to Destress

Choose lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen. Loose-fitting clothes allow your skin to breathe and help you stay cool. Pro tip: Keep a small fan in your bag or on your desk for added comfort.

2. Hydration Is Your Best Friend

Hot flashes and night sweats can leave you dehydrated. Carry a reusable water bottle everywhere. Add slices of cucumber, lemon, or mint for a refreshing twist.

3. Cool Your Sleep Environment

Sleep disturbances are real during menopause. Use cooling sheets a fan, and keep the thermostat set to a lower temperature at night. A cold pack under your pillow can work wonders.

4. Avoid Hot Flash Triggers

Spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, and stress can make symptoms worse. Notice what sparks your flashes and tweak your routine accordingly.

5. Prioritize Movement

Gentle movements, such as walking, yoga, or swimming, can help regulate mood and manage weight, both of which are often affected by menopause.

6. Create a Mindful Moment

Meditation, journaling, or simply sitting in silence for 5 minutes a day can help lower cortisol levels and keep you centered.

7. Talk About It

You are not alone. Connect with other women going through the same thing. Community is powerful, and so is sharing our stories.

Well, that’s all I have for you today, my friend. Please share this post with someone you love who might be sweating through this season of life right along with us. Let us know in the comments: What’s your go-to survival strategy for menopause in the summer? 📝

How to Tell Your Adult Children About Your Traumatic Childhood Without Feeling Like a Victim

Hello and welcome to the Midlife Made Easier blog, where we help midlife women embrace their next chapter, rediscover their voice, put their healing first, and create a life they love.

Today’s post is a tender one. It’s for the women who carry childhood wounds beneath their strength, who’ve endured more than they’ve ever spoken aloud, and who are now wondering if and how to share those experiences with their adult children. I hope this post helps you navigate this tender, sometimes painful path and brings you a little closer to healing.

When They Start Asking Questions

My daughter Melissa is always quizzing me about my childhood. She’s endlessly curious, genuinely wanting to get to know her mama as more than just “Mom,” but as a full, complex woman with her own story, struggles, and triumphs. And I truly appreciate that.

But here’s the truth: it’s hard for me to reveal too much about my past.

There are parts of my childhood that still carry pain, silence, and shadows. I worry that if I open up completely, she and her siblings might see the people in my story, family members, community figures, and even me, through a different, harsher lens. More than anything, I fear she might see me differently. Not as the strong woman she had always been, but as a victim.

That’s a label I’ve fought hard not to wear.

Why Share It at All?

Despite those fears, I do want my children to understand that resilience runs in their blood. They come from strong stock that their mama has survived long, loud, terrifying storms and is still here. Still standing, still loving, still living, still creating beautiful things in this world.

Sharing our painful stories as mothers isn’t about dumping trauma or rewriting anyone’s memories. It’s about showing our children the depth of our strength and the roots of our resilience. It’s a way of saying: If I made it through, so can you.

A Personal Story Meets Practical Advice

As midlife women, we often find ourselves reflecting on the journey that brought us here. For many of us, that journey includes navigating the lingering effects of a traumatic childhood, whether it was marked by abuse, neglect, addiction, or emotional abandonment.

One of the biggest emotional hurdles we face is deciding when, how, or even if we should share that past with our adult children.

8 Gentle Steps for Sharing Your Story

1. Reflect on Your Intentions
Ask yourself: Why do I want to share this? Is it for healing, connection, transparency, or something else? Getting clear on your “why” will help you share your story more intentionally.

2. Choose the Right Time and Setting
Pick a quiet, calm time when you and your child are emotionally present and not distracted. Privacy matters. So does timing.

3. Start Small
You don’t have to tell everything at once. Choose one memory, one experience, or one lesson that feels manageable to share.

4. Be Honest, Not Overwhelming
You’re not obligated to share every painful detail. Speak from the heart, focus on how the experience shaped you, and be mindful of what you’re ready (and not ready) to discuss.

5. Encourage Questions
Invite dialogue. Let your child know they can ask questions and share how they’re feeling. It may be emotional, but it’s also a chance to deepen your bond.

6. Set Loving Boundaries
Some topics may feel too raw or off-limits, and that’s okay. Be clear about what you’re open to discussing and what still needs time.

7. Offer Support
Let them know it’s okay to feel confused, hurt, or shocked. Share books, therapy resources, or simply a listening ear.

8. Follow Up
Check in after the conversation. Keep the door open for future talks. Healing isn’t one-and-done—it’s an unfolding.

From Surviving to Thriving

So, when Melissa asks again, and she will, I’ll take a deep breath. I’ll share one thread from the past, one I feel safe holding up to the light. And I’ll remind her, and myself, that our family’s story isn’t just marked by pain. It’s marked by strength. Perseverance. Deep love. And survival.

Because your story, dear one, is not just about what happened to you. It’s about how you rose. And you’re still rising.

If you’re a midlife mama wondering how much to share, know this: you don’t have to do it all at once. You don’t have to do it perfectly. And you don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, tell your truth with grace, courage, and the pride of a woman who made it through.

Well, that’s all I have for you today, my friend. If this post resonated with you, please share it with someone you care about. Let us know in the comments: Have you ever had to navigate this conversation? What helped,  or what held you back? 📝

How to Recharge Your Creativity in Midlife and Reignite Your Passion

Hello and welcome to the Midlife Made Easier blog, where we help midlife women embrace this powerful chapter, rediscover their voice, put their healing first, and create a life they love.

I’ve been a writer for as long as I can remember. My first story, The Great Pie Caper, was typed on a little blue Brother typewriter when I was eight or nine. Writing was my safe space, my way of organizing thoughts, making sense of the world, and finding peace when life felt overwhelming. It gave me clarity, calm, and connection.

But somewhere along the way between graduate school, parenting, and marriages that didn’t last, I lost my creative spark. The love I had for journaling, storytelling, and watching words flow onto a blank page slowly faded under the weight of responsibilities.

If that sounds like you, I want you to know: you’re not alone. And more importantly, your creativity isn’t gone, it’s just been resting.

Today’s blog post is here to help you reclaim that spark. Whether your passion is writing, dance, painting, photography, or music, it’s still inside you. And now, in midlife, is the perfect time to nurture it again.

Why Creativity Matters in Midlife

Creativity at any age is important, but especially in midlife, when our memories start to blur, our roles begin to shift, and our confidence can sometimes waver. Tapping into your creative side can help you:

  • Reignite joy and bring playfulness back into your daily life.
  • Strengthen your mental and emotional health through expression and reflection.
  • Reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover who you are outside of your role.s

Here are a few gentle ways to begin recharging your creative energy:

1. Start Where You Are

You don’t need a fancy studio, expensive supplies, or a specific goal in mind. Start with what you have. Grab a notebook, a paintbrush, a camera, or just sit and let your imagination wander.

2. Give Yourself Permission

Perfectionism is the enemy of creativity. Let go of the need to “get it right.” Your art, whatever form it takes, is valid simply because it came from you.

3. Create a Ritual

Even 10–15 minutes a day devoted to your creativity can create a ripple effect. Light a candle, brew your favorite tea, and make your creative time a sacred space.

4. Surround Yourself with Inspiration

Read books that light you up, visit local art shows, and listen to music that stirs your soul. Creativity is contagious. Immerse yourself in it.

5. Connect with Other Creatives

Find a local or online community of women who are also rediscovering their creative passions. You don’t have to walk this journey alone.

You don’t have to try all of these tips at once. In fact, I recommend starting with just one or two. Small, consistent steps are often the most powerful.

I genuinely believe that every living person holds the potential for creativity. My son, Alex, expresses his creativity in two beautifully different ways. Writing peaceful Buddhist affirmations and diving into technical project management systems (which I don’t always understand, but deeply admire). Both are expressions of his passions, and both are equally creative. You have that same spark within you.

Don’t be afraid to explore, experiment, and rediscover what lights you up. And one final suggestion: while doing a hobby with someone can be wonderful, your creative journey might begin in solitude, and that’s perfectly okay. You don’t need any naysayers holding you back while you’re just starting to bloom.

Give yourself the space and grace to grow. Your creativity is not behind you; it’s still here, waiting patiently for you to return.

Well, that’s all I have for you today, my friend. I hope this post helps you take that first step back toward your creative self.

Please share this post with someone you love who is feeling creatively lost. And let us know in the comments: What’s one creative spark you want to reignite this month? 📝

Why Decluttering Your Life in Midlife Is the Ultimate Self-Care

Hello friend, and welcome back to Midlife Made Easier, where we help midlife women set holistic boundaries, find their voice, and prioritize their healing so they can create a life they love.

We’ve arrived at the Decluttering portion of our Midlife Reset Challenge, and today’s theme might be the most freeing of them all: decluttering. But this isn’t just about straightening up your closet—this is about creating space for what truly matters in your life, schedule, relationships, and mind.

Because here’s the truth: clutter isn’t just physical. It shows up in the form of overbooked calendars, emotional baggage, draining commitments, and that constant mental noise that makes it hard to think straight.

Decluttering is one of the most incredible acts of self-care we can give ourselves in midlife. We make room for joy, peace, and clarity when we clear out what no longer serves us.

💡 Three Ways to Start Decluttering Right Now:

🧺 1. Start Small and Keep It Simple

You don’t have to declutter your whole house or life in a weekend. Trying to do too much too soon is one of the fastest ways to burn out and give up. Start with just one thing: one kitchen drawer, one closet shelf, or one habit that’s not serving you.

Let that small win build your confidence. Maybe it’s the overflowing junk drawer you’ve been avoiding or your catch-all purse that weighs five pounds. Clearing even a tiny space can give you an emotional lift and a sense of control.

Pro tip: Set a 10-minute timer. Declutter for just that long—no more. You’ll be surprised how much you can get done; it takes the pressure off trying to do it all.

“Progress, not perfection, creates momentum.”

📆 2. Edit Your Calendar Without Guilt

One of the most overlooked forms of clutter? An overstuffed schedule. Every commitment you say yes to is a no to something else—like rest, peace, or creative time.

Take an honest look at your week. What feels heavy or obligatory instead of joyful and meaningful? Is there something you agreed to out of habit or guilt that’s now draining your energy? It’s okay to back out. It’s OK to say, “That no longer works for me.”

This isn’t selfish—it’s sacred boundary-setting.

If you’re unsure what to cut, ask:

  • Would I say yes to this today?
  • Is this helping me grow or just keeping me busy?
  • Do I feel energized or depleted after this?

Start canceling or rescheduling one thing that feels misaligned—and watch how much lighter you feel.

“Protecting your time is a radical act of self-respect.”

🧠 3. Declutter Your Mind with a Daily Brain Dump

Your thoughts matter—but when they’re all tangled up, it’s hard to think clearly, let alone make decisions or rest. Enter the brain dump journal.

Each morning (or evening), grab a notebook or open a notes app and just empty your mind onto the page. Write down everything in your head that worries, reminders, tasks, and even random thoughts. No structure. No censoring. Just pour it all out.

This practice helps you:

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Spot what’s urgent (and what can wait)
  • Create more mental whitespace for creative thinking and clarity.

Even five minutes daily can clear out the cobwebs, leaving you feeling calmer and more in control.

“You don’t have to carry it all in your head. Let the page hold it for you.”

Breaking Free from Self-Doubt: Reclaiming Trust in Yourself at Midlife

Listen to the Midlife Made Easier Podcast: Breaking Free from Self-Doubt

Welcome back, my friend! It’s Part Four of our Midlife Reset Challenge, and today we’re getting personal.

We’re talking about something that hides behind indecision, perfectionism, procrastination, and even people-pleasing.
It’s called self-doubt—and it’s something every midlife woman I know, including myself, has wrestled with at some point.

Midlife brings a lot of change. Maybe your kids are grown. Maybe your body feels unfamiliar. Maybe your career path isn’t what you thought it would be. And in those quiet moments, those sneaky thoughts start to whisper:

“Am I too old for this?”
“Is it too late to start over?”
“Who am I to want more?”

Here’s the truth:

Self-doubt is just fear in disguise. And most of the time, it sounds incredibly logical.

But here’s the other truth:
You’ve made it this far. You’ve overcome, adapted, and achieved more than you give yourself credit for.
Self-trust is your superpower, it’s just waiting to be reawakened.

🔄 How to Shift from Self-Doubt to Self-Trust

✍🏽 1. Write Down What You Know Is True About Yourself

When self-doubt creeps in, it’s easy to forget your strengths. That’s why I encourage you to start a Truth List. This is a list of things you know to be true about yoursel, not what someone told you, not what you’re striving to become, but what already exists within you.

For example:

  • I am resilient.
  • I’m a thoughtful friend.
  • I learn quickly.
  • I’ve survived hard things and grown from them.

Read your list out loud every morning. Let it anchor you before the world tries to shake you. You’ll be surprised how grounding this simple practice can be.

🪴 2. Start Small and Succeed

Self-trust isn’t built in giant leaps. It’s built in everyday decisions. Each time you show up for yourself—whether it’s going for that walk, drinking more water, journaling, or making that phone call—you are casting a vote for the version of you that you want to become.

The key is to keep your promises to yourself.
Even the little ones.

Don’t wait for motivation. Let success build momentum. And remember, your worth is not tied to productivity, it’s tied to your presence.

🚫 3. Stop Comparing Your Journey

Comparison is a thief, and not just of joy. It steals your focus, your peace, and your confidence. It convinces you that you’re behind, when in reality, you’re simply on a different path. One that’s unfolding exactly as it should.

Midlife is not a race. It’s a reckoning.
You are not late. You are not too old. And you are definitely not out of time.

Instead of scrolling through someone else’s highlight reel, reflect on your own growth. You’ve come farther than you think.

🦋 This Chapter Is Yours to Write

One of the most liberating realizations of midlife is this:
You no longer need permission to trust yourself.

You’ve lived. You’ve learned. And now, you get to choose what you believe about yourself moving forward.

So let me remind you that you are capable, worthy, and allowed to want more. This next season is yours to shape, one brave mindset shift at a time.

How to Reclaim Your Energy in Midlife Without Burning Out

Listen to the Midlife Made Easier Podcast: Body Boost — Reclaiming Your Energy

Hey friend, and welcome to Part Three of our Midlife Reset Challenge!

Today, we’re exploring one of midlife’s biggest challenges—and most significant opportunities—reclaiming your energy.

Let’s be honest. You’re not alone if you’ve ever felt like you hit a wall after 45. One minute you’re multitasking like a champ, and the next, you just want to collapse on the couch with a bag of chips and your favorite comfort show.

I’ve been there.

No one tells you that perimenopause and menopause can completely drain your energy, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, too. I remember a season where I felt like a shell of myself. After work, all I had the strength to do was lie down, scroll my phone, and emotionally eat. It felt like survival. But in reality, it was slowly robbing me of the life I wanted to live.

What I didn’t realize back then is that my habits—though comforting in the moment—were making it harder for me to feel energized, connected, and alive. I wasn’t just tired. I was disconnected from joy.

That’s one of the reasons I wrote The Midlife Reset: 21 Days to Reignite Your Energy, Confidence & Joy. I never want you to wake up and realize a whole year has passed without doing the things you love—or becoming the woman you know you’re meant to be.

Let’s change that. Together.

🧡 Why You’re So Tired (And What You Can Do About It)

Hormonal shifts, chronic stress, sleep disturbances, nutrient deficiencies, and even unhealed emotional exhaustion are all culprits of that midlife burnout. Add in years of caregiving, career changes, grief, and transitions—and of course, you’re exhausted.

But you can take your energy back.
No shame. No judgment. Just simple, powerful strategies you can start today.

🌞 3 Body-Boost Tips to Reclaim Your Energy Naturally

1. Start Your Day with Protein and Fiber

Put down the sugary cereal or plain toast. A protein- and fiber-rich breakfast is one of the best ways to stabilize your blood sugar, support hormone balance, and give your body what it needs to perform well—without the crash.

Try this:

  • Scrambled eggs with spinach and avocado on whole grain toast
  • A protein smoothie with flaxseeds, greens, and berries
  • Greek yogurt with chia seeds, nuts, and sliced pear

This combo keeps you fuller longer and fuels your mind and mood for the day ahead.

2. Get Natural Light Within the First Hour of Waking

Your circadian rhythm (your internal body clock) is deeply affected by light. Getting even 10–15 minutes of natural light first thing in the morning helps boost alertness, regulate your hormones, and improve your sleep at night.

Try this:

  • Step outside for your morning coffee
  • Take a short walk without sunglasses (if it’s safe to do so)
  • Open all your blinds and let the sun in while you stretch or pray

This one habit can shift your entire day.

3. Move Your Body with Intention—Not Intensity

You don’t need a high-impact workout. You just need to move gently and consistently. Movement boosts circulation, increases feel-good endorphins, and helps manage midlife weight, inflammation, and anxiety.

Try this:

  • 20 minutes of walking after meals
  • A gentle yoga routine in the morning or before bed
  • 10-minute stretch breaks during your workday

Focus on movement that supports—not depletes—you.

💡 You Don’t Need More Hustle—You Need More Intention

Your body is not broken. It’s asking for your attention.
In this season, energy isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things for your body, mind, and soul.

When you nourish yourself mindfully and consistently, you begin to shift. You feel it in how you wake up, engage with others, and show up for yourself.

And yes, it takes time. But every small choice adds up.

How to Embrace the Midlife Pivot and Rewrite Your Story

Listen to a new episode of the Midlife Made Easier Podcast: Part 2 – The Power of the Midlife Pivot: Rewrite Your Story”:

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Midlife Made Easier blog!

If you’re just joining us, we’re in Part Two of the Midlife Reset Challenge, and today we’re diving into a topic that’s close to the heart for many of us: the midlife pivot.

Let’s be honest—midlife can sneak up on you. One day, you’re rolling through your routine, and the next, you’re hit with a feeling that something isn’t working anymore. That’s not a crisis. Your soul whispers, “It’s time for something new.”

This is your pivot moment.

A midlife pivot is when you finally recognize that the old way of doing life—the people-pleasing, overworking, putting yourself last—is no longer sustainable or satisfying. Instead of spiraling into fear, you choose to lean into change with curiosity, clarity, and courage.

💡 So, how do you pivot gracefully in midlife?

Here are 3 empowering ways to begin:

1. Tell Yourself the Truth
Take a moment to ask yourself—what’s really not working anymore? Maybe it’s a draining job, a relationship that no longer nourishes you, or even outdated beliefs about what your life “should” look like. You can’t fix what you won’t face. Honesty is the foundation of your pivot.

Midlife wisdom begins with radical truth-telling to yourself.

2. Stop Asking for Permission
You do not need approval to change. Let that sink in. So often we delay our growth, waiting for others to validate our decisions. Your life doesn’t need a permission slip—it requires a vision. Whether it’s returning to school, starting a business, or moving to a new city, give yourself full permission to begin again.

3. Define Success on Your Terms
At this stage of life, success may no longer look like titles, bank accounts, or five-year plans. Maybe it’s downsizing to live more simply. Perhaps it’s leaving a career that no longer excites you. Or maybe it’s choosing to prioritize peace over pressure. You get to rewrite the rules.

Midlife isn’t the end of the road—it’s a powerfully aligned crossroads.

It’s your invitation to stop surviving and start thriving. This is the time to rewrite your story with intention, grace, and joy.

You are not too old.
You are not too late.
You are right on time for your next beautiful beginning.

💬 Let us know in the comments: What pivot are you feeling called to make right now?

Welcome to Day 1 of the Midlife Reset Challenge: Your Comeback Starts Now

Listen to the First Episode of the Midlife Made Easier Podcast: Day 1 – Midlife Reset: Why This Isn’t a Crisis—It’s Your Comeback

Hello, beautiful friend, and welcome!

I am thrilled you’re here for Day 1 of the Midlife Reset Challenge at Midlife Made Easier. Over the next 10 days, we will walk together about reclaiming your joy, reviving your confidence, and reigniting your energy.

If you’ve been feeling a little blah lately, maybe even invisible or stuck on autopilot, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that midlife isn’t the end of anything.

It’s the beginning of everything.

Why I Created This Challenge

I wrote The Midlife Reset: 21 Days to Reignite Your Energy, Confidence, & Joy for three deeply personal reasons:

  1. I was done with the “midlife crisis” narrative.
Let’s face it—midlife does come with change. But instead of a crisis, I began to see it as a chance to reset, reimagine, and refocus on me for the first time in decades. That shift was powerful.
  2. So many of you were asking, “What’s next?”
After years of caregiving, career juggling, and putting others first, many of us feel disconnected from our purpose. This challenge is your space to ask big questions and craft new answers.
  3. I wanted to offer something practical and doable.
It’s not another overwhelming 300-page guide but a clear, heartfelt blueprint you can use starting now.

Midlife is not a time to shrink. It’s a time to expand, explore, grow, and rediscover what lights you up.
And let’s be honest: midlife women are strong, resourceful, and wildly capable—but we are also among the most overlooked in wellness, healthcare, and media.
That ends here.

🌷 April Greetings from Renee

Hello Beautiful,

Can you believe it’s already April? Spring is finally here, with it comes fresh starts, new energy, and the perfect reminder to bloom where we’re planted.

This month, I’m focusing on something that has genuinely transformed my life: self-love. Not the fluffy, feel-good quotes kind (although those are nice too), but real, deep, life-shifting self-love.

Let’s dive into what it means to put you first, with grace, with intention, and without guilt.

💡 Mini Blog: Self-Love Sets the Tone for Every Relationship

Let’s be honest—self-love wasn’t something most of us were taught during our formative years. I was taught to be kind, polite, and giving… but rarely to turn that kindness inward.

But here’s the truth: how you love yourself teaches others how to love you.

When you prioritize your needs, speak kindly to yourself, and set healthy boundaries, your relationships shift. You attract respect, support, and connection because it all starts with how you show up for yourself.

Three Reasons Why You Need to Love Yourself More

I have to admit, self-love was not something I was taught.

Growing up, I was taught to be kind to others, to share without an attitude, and to say “please” and “thank you.” But no one ever sat me down and explained the importance of loving myself, not in a way that made it feel like a priority, and definitely not in a way that showed me how loving myself could improve my life and relationships.

So let’s talk about that today.

Whether you’re just starting your self-love journey or simply need a reminder, here are three powerful reasons to love yourself more, starting right now.

1. Self-Love Sets the Tone for Every Relationship You Have

When you love yourself, you teach others how to love you too. You stop settling for crumbs of affection and start expecting the kind of treatment that matches your worth.

Think about it: if you’re constantly criticizing yourself, ignoring your needs, or putting everyone else first, what message does that send to the people around you?

Loving yourself creates healthier boundaries, better communication, and more fulfilling relationships—because they’re built on respect, not resentment.

2. Self-Love Reduces Stress and Increases Resilience

Let’s be honest—life can be overwhelming, especially in midlife. But self-love helps you show up for yourself when the world gets loud.

It looks like giving yourself permission to rest, asking for help when needed, and saying “no” without guilt. It’s choosing peace over perfection.

And the best part? When you care for yourself compassionately, your ability to bounce back from challenges increases. You stop just surviving and start thriving.

3. Self-Love Empowers You to Create the Life You Truly Want

When you love yourself, you believe you’re worthy of joy, health, abundance, and purpose.

That belief changes everything.

You stop waiting for permission to chase your dreams. You begin to make choices that align with your values, passions, and goals. You take up space—unapologetically.

And let me tell you, watching your life transform because you finally chose yourself is one of the most beautiful things you’ll ever experience.

So, how are you showing yourself love today?
